Priscila Knoll Aymone

Brazilian lawyer with 20 years of experience in domestic and international arbitration, acting in complex commercial and corporate disputes. Her practice particularly involves M&A transactions, construction, energy, infrastructure, and shareholder disputes.

She holds a PhD in International Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), an LL.M. in Private International Law and International Trade Law from Université Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), and an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from York University (Osgoode Hall Law School).

She currently acts as an independent arbitrator, serving on the panels of leading arbitral institutions in Brazil and abroad, and as a consultant in arbitration and international law.
